110,000 track days = 1 track day every day for a little over 300 years. Even if you had 5 track days every day of the calendar that's still 60 years…
Why you gotta lie to me like that? I would have watched with a truthful title.
110,000 track days??? one track day every day 7 days a week is 301.9 years!!
wtf is the difference between driver right and right?
so cool to see Mark on Vinwiki!
I enjoyed the description of the misc accident prone turns. I know them all. I instruct for chin, guess I’m lucky my car isn’t classified as “ high hp” so never had my problems at those places. Big HP + hubris causes big cost crashes.
how does bro remember all of this
Hell yeah! Great to see Mark on the channel. I've run with MANY track day providers and Chin is top-shelf.
Descriptions without photos?
HA! I have never crashed at Road Atlanta's turn 5.
NEVER! Now let's talk about 3, 6, 7 etc.
To do 110,000 track days you would have too go Monday to Sunday for 301 and a half years so nice try buddy
Shame that as he is describing these spots that are trouble pictures or video illustrating what he’s talking about couldn’t have been included. Heck how about just a pic of the corner itself.
Wow…
Guy's been organizing track days since 18th century. That's some impressive shit…
Never heard of Ferrari flying in parts for a customer at a track day. Horatio is doing things right.
Mark and Chin Track Days are truly the Gold Standard in HPDE.
"The most expensive car that we have seen crashed…I will qualify that it wasn't a crash"
Damn daddy is very handsome!
Who is Chin?
Lmao "the axle broke and the wheel came off" buddy is it a 67 Chevelle with a straight axle, like yeah the wheel was off, yeah the Axle was broke
Obviously a ball joint failed and the knuckle came off lol
Moral of the story- do not track a car you care about !
This guy is awful…. 'The most expensive car we've seen crashed is a car that didn't even crash'.
needs more camel toe
Good old vinwiki is back. These are the kinds of guests we like!!
This man is the most track savy guest you have ever had.

Thank you Bridgestone, great tires and supporting the car hobby.
How many practice laps do drivers get before racing?
I had a front row seat for that buzzard as the right seat instructor… he came out of NOWHERE – swooped across just over the top of the wall. Novice driver was a stud – taking the hit straight on and coming to a safe stop off the track. We even got a courtesy ride in the ambulance after we brushed off the debris
There looked to be a few still photos of motorsports ranch houston there. Not 100% but it looked very similar.
Great stories
Did the owner pay for the overnight Pagani part? Or did Pagani do it to keep a VIP customer happy?
If my cars cost millions id fly people parts too lol
Love your unique style, never change!
i ran at road atlanta back in 2013 or 14 i think it was. a ctsv wagon completely blew t1 and rolled through the gravel. i didn't see it happen but i was in the paddock and saw it roll in on a flatbed, roof caved in, all the airbags blown. later in the day i saw the car DRIVE out if the paddock out onto the main road, smoke(dust? airbag powder?) billowing out of it. i HEARD (never confirmed) that it was a rental, so my guess is that it wasnt supposed to be on a track and the guy was gonna go park it in a ditch and claim the accident happened there. wasnt a chin event, it was mvp track time
I'm getting into trackdays and I really liked this episode. Pointing out common points of error on circuits all over America!
you hit a what!?
I had a similar buzzard incident, at 80mph on the freeway. The whole passenger side of the windscreen was destroyed, You couldn't see anything out that side. The driver's side had a very small area (about the size of a license plate) where I could see through the "stars". Fortunately, the bird fell out of the windscreen (I did get feathers inside) as I slowed. After limping along the breakdown lane, I was able to get off the freeway onto a 2 lane road. I drove the car home, about 4 miles, slowly. Fortunately, I didn't pass any police (although I did pass the police station!) who would have undoubtedly made me stop driving the obviously unsafe vehicle.
"… every track has a character."

Thompson Speedway's character is a 42 year old hammershnitzeled guy on a lawn mower
So many walking STD's
Loved the meticulous use of words to describe dress code choices
I met Mark at the NSXPO event in Atlanta this year. It is amazing what he has built Chin into. Plenty of great days and plenty of rough moments!
Have you ever had a bad day at a race track?
That intro clip lmao
