I've been working in premium car dealers for since 2019 and every stereotype about a family-owned dealership is relatable 😅 I guess if I end up half as successful as Doug then there's hope for the future
Who really cares
Doug always shares the best stories.
Doug, I really enjoy your stories. I had two short unhappy stints in the car business in the early 'oughts. I could not believe the things I was hearing and seeing. Naivete on my part, I suppose. What did I learn? Avoid car dealers. And yet I got lucky and found a great car at a used car lot years later–which I am driving today. So…keep up the good work and please share more stories.
papa had a dealer 🤣

Serpentini….Chaci personified.
Ha, I worked at Serpentini Chevrolet as a service porter for a time, and yeah, Bob Serpentini was a character. I ended up moving back to my mom's in Cincinnati after she came down with cancer, to help her out. My manager told me that Mr. Serpentini said that if I needed help finding a new job, he could help out. I always thought that was nice of him.
Does anyone know the video Doug is talking about regarding his motorcycle business?
What kinda pants?
The car sales business is full of scumbags, this is not a surprise.
Hes a jew he is right at home scammi g people
Doug, what's that manager that taught you everything doing now?
Lol serpentini is shitttttt
I feel like Doug is to the automotive industry what Adam Sandler is to movies. Probably because he's like the Happy Gilmore of the car world.
Most car people have a similar story. Me included.
Being addicted to naming off cars as they passed by at the age of 5, to working at a dealer for years, now working for myself and selling buying and selling cool cars nationwide!
Serpentini one of those dealerships I refuse to walk into ..
having a good boss makes all the difference in the world
Its a long shot but what shoes was he talking about?
I recently bought a B9 S5 from them and his sales team was great. I couldn't afford 90% of the cars they had, but they still treated me just the same as someone who could.
The best thing about the car business is it will give anyone a chance…The worst thing about the car business is it will give anyone a chance.
Sounds like the Kirby vacuum cleaner job I had about 10 years ago
The second he said rented space no signs i immediately knew it was for selling vacuums
All u had to say was serpentini.
