20. So many things I don't understand. Why did they trust a guy who went to jail and is promising unrealistic profit? When they got nothing on first investment, why did they invest for second third and fourth time? Did they even bother to do paperwork? If they did they would have known that the guy never owned the place. How could they not visit the site until it was too late? Why they didn't do due diligence and background checks? People who can lend hundreds and thousands like that, are really rich. We expect them to have more brains than that. I think they had it coming.
