23. When i complained about ngos paying brines to warlords just so they can go give food in exchange for some photos, received a lot of mean comments.

    Those bribes are used to perpetuate the suffering of the locals, with direct money you can cut the middleman and red tape.

    When i heard about the idea i got worried about fraud, but im happy thats lower than traditional methods.
