45 thoughts on “How This $4 MILLION Lawsuit Might Change YouTubers Forever

  1. I don't follow CardiB or is a fan gurl of hers, but I'm happy for her that she won bc that YouTuber had no right to talk about her daughter or family like she know Cardi like that. I really don't like people making money off other people's misery or telling lies about them like a paparazzi. It's parasitic behavior. They need to get a life or a real job.

  2. This should just go to show you, celebrities are above us in the eyes of the law. If it was a normal person being slandered there would be nothing. Don’t take this as a win guys its not

  3. The First Amendment protects U.S. Citizens from the GOVERNMENT!!! We can criticize, organize, gather and practice our own religions. THAT'S ALL!!! It doesn't say ANYTHING AT ALL about speech in polite society or in private businesses. If a Private Business wants to BAN you for not wearing Shoes or a Shirt or even your Speech, they have a that right. As long as they're not discriminating based on any of the protected classes like Race or Creed. The First Amendment does NOT protect you from being fired from your job for using the N word. That's NOT a thing. There are repercussions for your speech and you better believe that if you cost any Business any money at all, they're coming for you. Try claiming the First Amendment as a defense 😂 You'll get laughed out of court. FYI, telling a Cop to go F themselves is ABSOLUTELY your First Amendment Right. They work for THE GOVERNMENT.

  4. 9:36 …. She is so broke now that she had to sell her weave to pay Cardi B 😂😂😂

YouTubers are going to learn because there are MANY doing the exact same thing fabricating nonsense for views . This case has been entered into case law books and will be used for precedence against others doing the exact same thing

    Excellent video as always Spencer

  5. Good for Cardi B. I am happy she went after that nasty Vlogger. Many times famous people allow it and don’t give it attention. It’s time to put some of these Vloggers in their place. I think Cardi B did the right thing.

  6. You can’t say things like rumors are definite , why people use the word allegedly. I don’t think any YouTubers with a brain have to worry . The dumb ones will get weeded out . As will the people that file bs lawsuits if people fight them .

  7. Getting the judgement is the easy part. Collecting that judgement is the hard part. It can take years and years. Look at the Goldman's, they are still going after OJ till this day.

  8. Some people are just haters and will lie for fun. They enjoy it. They want to ruin another person's life because of hate or jealousy, or whatever. But I cant be mad at Cardi for clapping her cheeks. She actually asked nicely at first.

  9. Cardi B used to drug her johns, then rob them. I have no sympathy for her complaints. Tasha could have stuck to frequently reminding people of that fact and been kept safe by the truth. She just needed to keep copies of the media in which Cardi B admitted to these things and stuck to that story.

  10. I think it's possible to make a video about Cardi B without having to play clips of her annoying voice and constant publicly displayed idiocy. She really does not deserve the extra attention.
