So what does he do? He pulls over the Canadian driver again and again and scribbles out tickets, then complains that he’s delaying his job? For asking questions about this 2 part ticket, to which only the loud pipes were explained at first. Torres is a crook with a badge and gun. He should criminally charged with abuse of power, lieing to the rank and file. The thin blue line is broken, it’s a really no wonder that citizens abhor peace officers and constables. Where did Torres need to go in such a hurry that he couldn’t answer a few simple questions? The counter at an IHOP to guzzle coffee and put yet another fork in his jowls. I do remember this same officer pulling him over years back it really looks like reveve from this cop from the last time he pulled this guy on o ver before, not a good officer i would truly question his duties ,and his tickets, not a very good officer not even close to a bad officer more like horrible officer, not at all professional at all.
