You might have noticed the Liver King clogging up your Twitter timeline lately with his paid ads. I know I have. Join me in documenting his full story to try and make sense of why he ended up where he is, and what might have compelled him to begin this whole experiment in the first place. It’s gross.

  1. Hey, just wanted to drop a little comment about the “ancestral/primal diet”. You might think, “yeah, it was mostly meat, right?” Wrong! According to multiple resources, the average ancestral diet mainly consisted of around 80% plants (like wild carrots, wild potatoes etc.) and 20% meats at best. I would suggest looking at science before you go on to spread more misinformation about early man being these big macho men before agriculture became a thing. (I mean they were definitely big, but they weren’t actually eating as many meats as you’d think.) idk thanks for reading this if you did ☝️🤓

  2. Meat you can eat raw: very fresh beef salad, Japanese style, carpaccio (again needs to be very fresh). Otherwise you're in fish and seafood territory. Sashimi, maki, fresh crab, oysters, sea urchin. But as far as organs go you cook them, be it tripe, heart (good for your health), kidneys or liver. Same goes for external organs: you can eat cow tails but you have to stew them for a very long time.

  3. Oh god, I feel sick watching this. Need a ginger ale and saltines to fight the nausea induced by people eating like this. Is this just my autism making me overly sensitive or do other people have this reaction too?

  4. My brother was a liverking fan and huge gym bro and tried to get into the diet as a way to get bigger. He briugh home a raw liver ine day and ate it and he said it was too gross for him to continue the diet xD

  5. To be fair anyone plugged in enough to have even known about this guy in the first place might just be getting too much screentime. Youtube is literally an infinite library of knowledge and you're watching a guy eat balls then continue to follow him for years.

  6. If someone don't wipe his ass or brush his teeth because r ancestors didn't, is a BIG turn off ,if our ancestors had tooth paste an toilet paper they would've used it,i don't no how u even got a woman

  7. Starting your 45-minute video by pretending like Twitter is going to shit just because you're so scared of Elon Musk (to the point of not even daring to say his actual name) is absolutely fucking pathetic lmao. Go outside dude, touch some grass, and lift some weights.

  8. So, instead of getting treatment for depression (and obvious body dysmorphia), he pumped himself full of steroids and sold supplements and raw meat to other men with depression.

This is how patriarchy f*cks over men. Normalize therapy and getting help for mental health issues, my dudes.

  9. If the Liver King was for real his boys wouldn't look so average physically, they are clearly not doing sport or physical training.

"People thinking you are something, means more than being something", who are you beyond the perception of others?..
