While covering the Floyd Mayweather lawsuit a year ago, I stumbled on a story that involves a $139 million Bel Air mansion, the famous boxer, a frivolous lawsuit around a ticket investment scheme, and a wealthy real estate developer.

  1. The guy you are reporting about is possibly a crook. But don't sell this as an investigation someone is clearly paying you for this. You don't have integrity this is financially motivated

  2. This is one reason why homes prices are so high because of crazy flipper’s and second I don’t know why you and others cover the license plate the DMV in most states will not tell you anything anyway

  3. Whenever you come across a resident in the United States moving recklessly with big money, evading taxes and fucking multiple people over with no recourse, they are either an informant, a Fed or an asset of the intelligence community in the US Government.

  4. I would think that even if he claimed to be a Nevada resident California would still impose a state income tax because his earnings came from California. So, if that’s the case I wonder what his goal was.

  5. If i was him i’d tax evade as well, taxation is theft i live in california and the laws regarding cars and smog is so insanely strict people register their cars out of state some people even leave the state because of how strict the laws here are regarding so many things like car registration, smog, family court, taxes it’s ridiculous. People saying this guy is shady but i’d do the same exact thing if i was in his position, taxation is theft and you are stealing at least in california half the money someone makes if there in the top 1%.

  6. La’s biggest tax cheat? I doubt he even makes top 1%. Vehicle registration maybe-capital gains on property are still going to be taxed unless he is going straight fraud.
