30 thoughts on ““Legal Expert” Turns A Traffic Stop Into An Arrest For No Reason

  1. black folks never learn————NEVER TALK TO A COP, FORGET YOUR CIVIL RIGHTS………………………..LIVE ANOTHER DAY!!!!!!

  2. Everybody has forgotten about the 80% study. Back when highway speed enforcement was coming to the fore the AAA did a study of the effect of such enforcement. It found that 80% of drivers drove at safe speeds WITH OR WITHOUT speed enforcement! But by that time highway speed enforcement was already generating a veritable RIVER OF GOLD in fines for every podunk town and municipality in the country so it only grew and grew even though it contributed NOTHING to public safety. Now it actually endangers public safety with the risks that cops take to catch speeders and those aforementioned government entities grow rich and many of them are COMPLETELY DEPENDENT on said fines to support their increasingly bloated and corrupt budgets. God help us all!

  3. Lol I can tell this cat grew up thinking he was something he’s not. 🤦🏾‍♂️🤣🤣 he even got the tone of voice down lmao.

  4. why are you making these videos when things are not over? wait until the entire thing is resolved (after the court dates and information can be obtained for such)

    dum

  5. Oh my God, I'm so with the whole protecting your rights thing and sticking up for them. But this dude is just an idiot. You have to pick your battles, and there is no gain to possibly be had by this guy in the truck…
Even if he is all the way right in his assertions, he's still an idiot because he hasn't been presented with any situation yet that suggested he was going to be attacked or arrested by the officer. He could have just went along with it and the guy would have probably given a warning and drove off.

Look, if you are having serious rights violations that jeopardize your near to long-time future, and you legitimately are in an unsafe situation with the no accountability by the enforcement minions, then by all means stand your ground.

This traffic stop isn't even remotely worth the attitude and the hostile nature that the man seems to purposefully create between him and the organized gang of uniformed henchmen.

Pick your battles, they have all the time and the resources in the world to wait you out, or find legitimate or illegitimate reasons to arrest and detain you or even possibly to escalate to the point of violence with you….

I love the people who ought it the police but this guy's just being a classic douchebag. I am shocked at the level of patience the officers are actually bestowing to this dude after explaining it so many times and him cutting them off. He's very lucky he's not beaten up and curb stomped with a bunch of taser burns by now.

  6. I hope the guy in this video reads the comments. Your argument means that if you're able to outrun the cop and get home before they turn on their lights that whatever they saw you do is no longer valid? You're making all of us in the auditing community or anybody who stands up for their constitutional rights look stupid. Please, anybody that wants to stand up for their rights to the police, understand what your rights are before you try to insist on them! It's not very hard to get a much better understanding of them than this gentleman is demonstrating, so please do the research and demand accountability from the police when they abuse and deny us our constitutionally guaranteed natural rights!
And even when you're sure that you're rights have been violated, if they are asking you out of the car or demanding that you get out of the car so you can be arrested, not following their directions is never going to result in anything except for more charges, charges that are far more serious, and charges that you're not going to beat in court because even when the officers are violating your rights, you're not allowed to dispute that on the side of the road, the courtroom is where you need to fight. I feel bad for anybody who has their rights trampled even though this guy really can't argue against anything that I saw. And I have experienced violations almost as serious as one can experience without felony convictions or permanent disabilities.
