  1. Love Nick. I’ve been listening to him for many months and he has opened my eyes. I am a lean LMHR. Although my cardiologist doesn’t think I need a statin. He gets it!!!

  2. Hospital food is based on money.
    Their objective is to spend 5 to 7 dollars a day to feed each patient.
    Now when you think about that……you understand why in the hospital even the diabetics are served mashed potatoes and gravy every meal, cheap bread every meal, cheap meat covered in high salt sauce every meal and a dessert.
    And….if it is at the end of the month…..they will serve a hotdog or sandwich meat on white bread and a few chips or fries.

  3. Im convinced after this. That no one knows anything. Everyone speculates and guesses. No one has the right answer. Your genetics determine everything. If you have bad arteries. Nothing you do matters.

  4. My question would be what is the ox-ldl at, he says he eats lots of olive oil thus a fair amount of omega 6… With the data surroundingbit an oxidation it qould be intresting to see where his sits, then run the cookies experiment again and see what happens to ldl and ox-ldl.

  5. This perfectly describes what I’ve been trying to describe happening with myself in regard to how my body digests/reacts overall with food, holy shit…

  6. If you're unable to get away from the standard American diet. The best way to combat IBS is regular intage of Lacto Bascilus Bacterium.

    Ferment some milk, throw away the cheese and drink the water after fermentation atleast once a week💪🏼
