    "Customer installed aftermarket modifications on their own and ruined the car" – Their insurance is paying.

    Huh… I'd like to know what insurance the second guy got.

24. It is unbelievable that the national IQ is 95.2, there are some REALLY dumb MF in the USA.

25. I had a repairshop decline an oil change on my 1943 chrysler. The reason they gave me was "we cant find the oil filter or dipstick". Also they couldnt figure out how to drive it or start it. I had to show them how to hand crank it.

30. honestly, repair shops need to report some of these vehicles to authorities if it's obviously not road-safe and the owner wants to refuse repairs and drive off. Regardless of what the owner says.

31. Those people are driving next to you in a ticking time bomb ….. But if the state would implement a Anual vehicle safety inspection everyone would lose they minds.(there are states that do that already) . Mate if your rust bucket has its transmision falling and 1 whell brake instead of 4 and your exhaust is held with hopes and dreams you are not allowed to drive it.

    You can have a beater car ( as a choice or obligated by circumstances) but you need it to be SAFE for you and other people on the road.

32. It's simple to fix all of this problems with customers (not cars). In the Europe every 12 months we have to visit dedicated control station (workshop) to pass or not the inspection. Then the car have a permission to drive a public roads. Without this permission, you can't drive on public roads legally.

33. A person can afford a hundred thousand dollar GT500 but won't change the oil

34. The sheer amount of "WTF??" in these videos will never cease being staggering. And this from a guy who has DEFINITELY done a few janky things here and there.

36. there are only few things i'm glad to live in Germany, but cars must be tested by an independent organisation every two years
