I wonder what happened with the law suit
I’m getting a dash cam and body cam because of the cops actions . If they stopped me and they’re not following my constitutional rights because they lie on the reports. That sergeant not listening to her telling him that she will let him go and she still knows that is wrong what her boss told her to write a citation.

Most dangerous drivers on the road are the cops. My sister lost a classmate back in 2005? '04 maybe? Her ma was getting off work at like 1 or 2 am and this sophomore or junior in high school was in the passenger seat. A cop blew through their light, no lights or sirens, killing them both. He claimed he had his lights on, later, because it was evident his siren wasn't on. That wouldn't have even mattered but the police dept didn't bother pushing that angle anyway. He claimed he was on his way to a gang bust, no lights no siren, but he was going 80 almost a full mile out from the raid like 30 other officers were already at,, it wasn't an emergency sitch.
Years later I found out my landlord had seen the crash. He never came forward, he claimed because he didn't want to get the rich city cops on his ass (it's a suburb thats really wealthy as opposed to ol' Flint Town with our meager numbers). I think he was probably drunk but as a dedicated alcoholic, he's not prone to black outs and provided he's tossed back a few, has pretty good memory (sober him can never remember what drunk him did with anything).
He described as one of the loudest sounds he ever heard but over so fast. That's when the cop flipped his lights on.
He was fine btw. Able to join another police force when bit the department but the town drove him out.

I get the feeling that this lady cop is 95% good I think she just has a lack of understanding of the law but she comes off as trying to be nice

Wolf and Lewis belong in jail – they showed overt corruption. If Wolf told Lewis to shot the man – would she She is a danger to every citizen she she will act like a Nazi because her sergeant tells her to and when she KNOWS it is wrong! There should be NO QI in this lawsuit for those cops!

There is NO situation that cops can't make worse. THEY almost caused an accident and HE got arrested. They earn the hate.
