1. yeah on a good year i pull anywhere upto 10 to 15 ish lbs on a plant outdoor same stuff indoors always seem a little more solid o and a lot lees.

3. Well if ya wanna get goofy on it. If my plants are stressing from the sun, it's either shade them or if you can move them. On the other side my lights have dimmers and adjustable hangers. You can't do shit for the sun except run and hide.

4. If you wanna be technical the best way is a mixed spec with sun and supplemental light with fully dialed in glass house to point its pretty much an indoor grow meaning controlled temp,rel humidity, vpd and co2

5. I'd have to argue with this. . Id have to say it's not the lights out performing the sun it's the constant optimal environment that's putting ur grows over the top. . Yes ik nutrients play a big role but we're not really on that subject right now. .

6. 4200K CMH has 97CRI… nothing is better so far when attempting to emulate the sun, and to this day I prefer my CMH flower for headstash, but I grow now only with LED due to yield/cost/similar enough quality to bag.

7. We can and we can add co2 to exceed what is possible outdoors with ambient co2 levels.

12. Friends – please read about the incredible energy of solar radiation and familiarize yourself with the fall off rule of emitted light. (Square the distance)
    The power of the sun is SO great and it remains SO far away that the incredible small distance (relative) between top of cannabis plant and lower part of that plant is totally insignificant to exposure to sunlight – affects the chemical process of photosynthesis with profound authority for ALL the plant (see fall off rule of light) in contrast to our lowly electronic emitted illumination. the sunlight no matter the measured PAR difference is much more energy rich.
    The nature of light is worthwhile study for horticulture.

13. Indoor cultivation was born out of necessity because the illegal nature of the plant. Indoor lighting technology has come a long way and can produce some incredible cannabis. Sun grown and maintained properly will ALWAYS be better than Indoor. People who say outdoor weed sucks just don't know how to grow outdoors which is a shame because as the plant becomes fully legal again, the outdoor method will regain its rightful place in areas that are still illegal which unfortunately is still most of the country.

22. Outdoors once they are big enough I ignore bugs and they are fine. I grow in with other trees and plants though not in a yard or garden

23. Has anybody thought of programing your lights to work more like the sun. The sun comes up & goes down very slow. It does not hit you in the face with a spotlight to wake in the morning or hit in the head with a hammer to put you too bed. From Jan. thru June u gain 1 1/2 min. of sunlight a day. Would this make any difference? Sorry, this dank is pretty good. Ha! Ha1

24. Outdoor has it's benefits, but indoor can out perform.

27. Recently I moved my grow; from mostly outdoors, in SoCal, to only indoor in NorCal. It's my 4th run in the new space now and I've developed a "feel" it. I'm still doing living soil (as i did outside) , so I'm still adapting my technique, but it has been remarkable seeing how the exact same seeds can express so differently in a different environment. It's an amazing plant!

31. Y’all forget about how easy it is to light dep outdoors even some trash bags work. Or if in pots carry to a dark basement or garage and bring out at dark at flip them 12+ week sours early and they will be finished by October. I’ve done it. It totally doable on a small scale and still get the sun’s spectrum
