19. Always buy a good helmet, for whatever sport you're taking part in. They are there to take the hard shock, rather than your head. I've broken several between snowboarding and bicycling, so it is apparent they have saved my life at least a few times.

24. one time a saw a truck run over a motorcyclist and the wheel went over his head. I though he was dead, but the dude walked away. Ever since i had respect for motorcycle helmets, and reassured me that I will never drive a motorcycle ever again.
