19. he was being combative as fuck towards the police officer too. i woulda just said "sorry officer, my wife and i were thinking about getting a house around here, did we do something we shouldn't have?" and he'd probably reply with hey bud yeah we have had some bad shit happen around here the past few months yada yada. and probably after a nice friendly encounter probably wouldve been allowed to check the shit out. instead you started arguing with the guy right off the bat. these guys are used to getting their way and have more "power" than we do in these scenarios more often than not. why be difficult and put yourself in this position in the first place? it's a minor inconvenience. learn how to sound fake nice and dumb, i've never had a bad run in with the cops. i just pretend i had no clue what i was doing and im extremely apologetic about it. you make them feel bad because they dont want to give a nice person a ticket, but if you start being difficult and talking back you're gonna get your ticket
