0:00 Intro – Click show more under the video to read more.
0:05 The technician said all along the customer just needed a new key. Now it cost them over $1200 and all that damage to the interior. He’s unsure if the customer actually did this or another shop.
0:32 The customer replaced the brakes when all this time the trailing arms and mounts were rusted through. The vehicle could be repaired but it would be very expensive/time-consuming.
0:47 Hopefully they made it home safe to do the repairs!
1:02 No extra info.
1:11 Why you should get a vehicle inspected before purchasing.
1:22 A brake line was leaking.
1:34 2017 Lincoln MKZ
1:42 As mentioned, the vehicle needed to see the driver’s seat belt buckled so the transmission could be taken out of park.
1:53 Customer paid to get a brand new engine installed (they said it was $7500 with parts and labour).
2:06 The technician said this is not the first time this has happened.
2:14 Ford Powerstroke with two air filters, and one that is brand new and not used. Also had wire nuts used for electrical and some reason a nasal aspirator (nose sucker) installed.
2:26 The vehicle was an Audi.
2:34 The Timing belt was good. The tire was replaced.
2:43 The engine was put back together and the socket was removed from the spark plug hole. Then the technician replaced the spark plugs.
2:56 Does anybody want to guess how many pumpkins were in the back of this customer’s Jeep Renegade?
3:03 Outro. Thanks for watching!

  1. Happy Halloween! If somebody can guess how many pumpkins are in the back of the Jeep renegade in the last clip, I'll send you a Just Rolled In t-shirt! (First to guess & 24 hours to guess).
The customer had told the tech. how many were in the back.

EDIT – @Spaz12IsHip guessed it correctly at 115 pumpkins! T-shirt has been sent to him 😀 Thanks guys!

  2. this goes to show that there are many people who shouldnt be driving at all… let alone even OWN a car. some of these idiots are going to drive off and seriously hurt someone with their half dead deathtraps

  3. I stay amazed by the fact of how rusty / unsafe cars can be driven. Is there no annual inspection in some states? (im dutch and in Europe every country has obligated annual inspections). Those trailingarms would be a fail 2 years prior before this state, let alone you would be allowed to drive away with your car like that at the garage.

  4. this is my absolute favorite channel on the internet. every single video has me laughing out loud. people are so unbelievably dumb with their vehicles.

  5. for the person who put two coins in the Sd slots PLEASE check your manual or if you dont have one GOOGLE IT to find out what is so-in-so used for instead of assuming.

  6. I just had a guy replace my front brakes and we found that the last shop didn't put the rear pad on so the caliper was grinding into the rotor.
    Definitely explained the noise

  7. I kind of wish that myth about mechanics saying “legally I can’t let you leave” was true for some of these cars. How can you drive around with the wheels barely hanging on with all the broken parts?

  8. I can sort of understand "timing belt check when she had flat", my wife insisted that the engine "failed", when she ran over a nail. 😂and drove 5 miles home. The Issue is with self-diagnosing something you don't understand by describing the noise to google…

  9. I love the fact that I drive a 22 year old car, and it has no issues. As soon as the check engine light comes on, immediately fix whatever issue pops up. Seeing how good things have been, I may get another 5 to 10 years out of this car. What I don’t understand about these people is if your car clearly has a severe issue, why not get it fixed? I don’t make a lot of money, but I still have enough sense to repair my car since it is my only means of transportation.
