28 thoughts on “Cop Falsely Arrests Sober College Athlete For DUI

  1. Is it just me or did it appear that the officer was hoping against hope that he had a valid DUI case? Did he want it so bad that he was going to falsify the results, just to get an arrest? Seems pretty sadistic and evil to me. THEN disappointed that his breath test PROVED negative results the evil cop suggested that he was under the influence of drugs. The cop was lying through his teeth maybe he smelled his own booze or it was just his upper lip that stunk

  2. Here’s the truth; when living or visiting America, to speak up (non confrontationally) or ask questions of their police officers, you will be arrested. Their egos are easily bruised 😂

  3. This cop must have been very bored that night 😅 in the meantime plenty of drunk people were free to ride on the road relieved to see that cop busy with this poor teen 😂😂

  4. I would fail those fieldtest while sober… could be I pass the nistagmus, but with the lazy eye I have it IS making jerking moves sometime… so… I guess Ill never go drive there.

  5. As someone who has been in the same scenario this makes me furious. I was in my early 20s, hydroplaned into a cable guard rail. I was confronted by an off duty officer Who told state police I was drunk, left the scene of an accident and was armed with a handgun. Only one of these accusations was true. when they got there I was under my truck looking for damage, had already put my gun in the truck. Yet they drug me out, flipped me face down in the mud…shackled my hands and legs and picked me up by my cuffs even though I told them I had an injured shoulder. They then threw me into an ambulance and held me down to draw my blood against my will. Without ever performing any type of field sobriety test or having me blow. Also accused me of having an empty plastic bag with heroin residue under my seat. Which wasn’t true, and they never showed it to me or presented it in court. Yet ended up with a limited privilege license bc I had to take a plea bargain to make certain I didn’t end up with a felony. Despite them not having the evidence available and the blood test being thrown out. Not sure which was worse, the judge and DA, my lawyer or the asshole Franklin county sheriffs.

  6. I hate it when drivers leave their brights on. It’s dangerous for other drivers who can be temporarily blinded and it only takes a couple of seconds of being blinded to cause an accident.
