6:12 bicycle tyres need a lit more pressure then what cars use. Most cars will be in the 30psi range. The minimum for a bicycle is 45psi and a max of 60psi. The pump tube will get HOT.
Never had that brand for airing up my tires, but I've owned 3 that are similar and 2 of them blew up before 10 times. Usually talking about 5 min to air up a big ass truck tire to 30 psi from about 20

Just to use it , you need nothing in the tray.

PS: for "portable toilet" we used a milk crate with a toilet seat attached to it. It is a standard Infantry toilet that works like a boss
