19. The account of the incident isn't exactly correct based on the dependents lawyer. Apparently he didn't shoot her after she hit him with the bottle. It was a second incident when he shot her. I think he will go to jail for a long time.

34. So…if he didn't order him to shoot her…didn't shoot her himself…didn't know he was going to shoot her. Jack Harlow shouldn't be responsible. Honestly though I'm not sure if it really was self defense, seemed like a trigger happy move that was provoked in anger that he (the DJ) was hit with a bottle. Obviously he couldn't have been in fear of his life from a bottle being thrown, so he really didn't need to shoot and kill her in a crowded room of people. That was just reckless on his part because of the likely hood he would shoot someone else unintentionally (which he did)…Though we do know she went out her way to provoke a situation and probably went there with the intention for a confrontation since she most likely knew he would be there ahead of time. In addition…I'm really not sure why she would attack a person because they killed her friend in self defense at another club. Like she knew how that situation played out the first time idk why she'd try that again… Never start something you cannot finish. From what I see the responsible parties are her, the DJ who shot her and whoever was responsible for letting a gun in. However from a legal standpoint I don't think security guards are required by law to be checking for guns so they're probably not legally responsible anyways.
