36 thoughts on “Cops Illegally Raid The Wrong House And REFUSE To Leave

  1. I know several people suffering from a form of dementia
Is there a fund to help these people – I dont support gofundme but in this situation, its a real thing and I would be happy to donate

  2. Three Police Departments were denied a search warrant from a judge still broke down a citizen’s door for the suspect anyway. In doing so the perpetrators damaged personal property and the residence’s security with door inoperable. Is the Constitution really still valid?!?!?

  3. With the presented information it seems that the officer lied about having a warrant and Illegally Broke the door camera and door. Then several officers with weapons trespassed wafted he resented his consent.

  4. It’s scary that 3 different governmental enforcement agencies pursued this type and then went against the property owners legal withdrawal of the search.

  5. When a police cadre' appears at your home armed with assault weapons and screaming at you, you are quite reasonably scared and intimidated literally out of your mind, no matter what the law says. Under these circumstances, there is very little you can do. The best you can do is to have the telephone number of a criminal defense attorney on your cell phone and be sure they have a 24-hour emergency contact number. If you are at home with members of your family home, instruct everyone in your home to lie stomach down on the floor and keep their hands/arms outstretched. Nobody says anything. Even if the police are screaming at you. Ask permission to leave the home (with your hand up).

Turn on your phone to start photographing everything they say and do. Screaming or arguing with them is folly. It will do no good.

All you can do is contact a criminal attorney immediately.
Demand to know and examine their search warrant.
Deny any right to their entering your home, but be aware that you probably cannot stop them, even if they don't have a warrant.
Say absolutely nothing. Do not answer any of their questions.
    Demand an attorney immediately.
Arguing with them is impossible. The best result is that you (or anyone else at home) is not seriously injured or killed during the process.

This is an extreme unbalanced issue of power. If you even try to intervene, there is a very likely possibility that you will be shot and killed.

This nightmare will end. The best result is that it ends without you, or a member of your family being shot or killed.

Just sit buy on the ground and take movies of them on your cell phone.

Success for you is not being shot or killed. If you have financial resources, contact a civil rights attorney who has experience suing police for mistaken identity assault weapon searches.

The biggest mistakes people in this situation (understandably have) is screaming matches with swat team members. This will accomplish nothing. You will not convince them of anything. Arguing about the "correct address" is folly. Change your "definition" of success: It is survival.

    Sanjosemike (no longer in CA)

  6. hey america how about getting your police marshals and and and REAL education before getting them on the street?
like MORE then fucking 32 WEEKS !!!!!!!!!!!!! more like 3 years and if u want to get into higher Police Work they SHOULD require a law degree !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  7. When your house is invaded, by cops or a burglar, You never feel the same about your home. You don't love it. That feeling of I can't wait to get home is gone. The police say i'm sorry. But that means nothing. The fact is, these people have had more stolen from them than if they had been robbed. Your home is part of your identity. Having anyone breach that home is RAPE.

  8. Trooper: We got a Crime Stopper call
Me calling Crimestoppers: Hey Crimestoppers he is not in my house, now you have the exact same evidence they're using to mess up my house, now use that same evidence to get out of my house.

  9. I standby my simple, blue-collar solution for better cops, teachers, and employees of any kind: start paying more. When your business, city, schools, police force, etc is failing; start increasing wages and benefits. "Build it and they will come". The solution is never, ever, ever to cut pay and benefits and pray heroes will save you.

  10. a phone call to police = rights violated, unlawful arrest and bodily injury up to and including death.

    why?

they got a call and you didn't do everything little thing they wanted

    US Constitution?

    never heard of it.

  11. Hers the thing: all cops, in all of these videos, always, inevitably at some point, will tell a citizen here’s the thing, or here’s the deal. Every single time that’s happened, they’ve violated the citizens rights. If I ever hear a cop say that I’m just going to assume my rights are about to be violated, then just prepare to sue I guess.

  12. Cops are thugs. Defund the police, meaning nonsense like this. I never understand why people pay to have their rights to be trampled. Money talks. Start cutting their budgets by firing these particular officers.

  13. Never let police in your home unless they have a warrant. Even before I realised how criminal certain police officers can be I knew that. Who know how they got a tar like substance in his house.
Also they shouldn’t be allowed to not release the body came footage. Lock those guys up.

  14. I cant believe the cop blatantly pulled that camera off and threw it in the yard. They have had too much power for too long. They have had no consequences for this behavior for a very long time.

  15. Are these cops human of something on remote control. They have more gear attached than an action Barbie doll. Next step is to bring a 75mm antitank gun in the belt and tomorrow his commander will bring a Patriot nuclear and ask for consent

  16. If I were the homeowner I would have absolutely no reason to think these people are not criminals trying to gain access to my valuables, hell I mean police already do that, how is it illegal to defend yourself against these boneheads

  17. the FIRST question is "WHY" … the answer is EASY to understand – the F.B.I. doesn't give a shitte !!!!….all the jigsaw puzzle pieces fit when you understand this !! … THE F.B.I. DOESN'T GIVE A SHITTE !!!
