35. The reason he didn't take the dog is because it's not that easy to just bring a dog from one country to the next. You aren't even really allowed to bring produce from one country to the next. This all depends on the country. In the U.S. for sure he couldn't just bring the dog with him on a whim. It would have been a long process.
