0:00 Intro – Click show more under the video to read more.
0:05 DEF (diesel exhaust fluid) is water mixed with urea that gets injected into the exhaust stream of a diesel vehicle to turn NOx gases into nitrogen and water so it’s less harmful.
0:21 Not all vehicles share the same reservoir for brake fluid and clutch fluid but on this Ford Focus it does. Unfortunately for them, they will most likely need to replace almost every part of the brake system (besides solid brake lines) as putting any fluid in the brake system besides brake fluid can cause all the rubber seals to swell up.
0:31 Always make sure your floormats are properly secured and the right fit for your vehicle and not too large so they interfere with the pedals or anything else.
0:42 As the technician said the ratchet strap was hooked to the shift linkage for the transmission preventing the transmission from going into drive. If you’re installing something that doesn’t belong on the vehicle always be careful about where you connect it to or install it on.
1:01 The mechanic removed all of the loose change and it fixed the customer’s concern. The mechanic was glad it was an easy fix as he just installed a new clutch 6 weeks prior.
1:09 Reading your owner’s manual is always a good idea if you want to know what features your vehicle has or check the window sticker if you bought it brand new. The window sticker should list some features as well if they were factory add-ons.
1:21 No extra info.
1:32 There is a TSB (technical service bulletin) for this issue as it’s a common issue. I could not find the exact TSB # and what the service bulletin exactly entails.
1:46 The customer paid to get the wiring harness repaired and didn’t bother fixing the seat.
1:58 Is their garage door called wind resistance?
2:02 The bubbles you see on the tire are caused by driving on flat tires and damaging the structural integrity of the sidewall. Tires like this need to be replaced.
2:15 This happens way too often. However, like a rental car company, the dealership will charge for the price of fuel + an additional amount per gallon/litre.
2:23 That’s dangerous and a bad idea!
2:32 “The turbo oil return line used a rubber hose into a plumbing ball valve into the drain plug hole. The turbo charge tube was barely held together with hose clamps too even if it did make boost. I can’t believe my dealership accepted it to work on the tech put 8 quarts of oil in it.”
2:47 A good chance this truck will need a new engine from overheating but also from all the plastic from the housing in the engine.
2:58 A common issue to see these coil springs break but pretty funny that the owner caught it on camera.
3:09 Outro. Thanks for watching!

  1. I had just arrived home and heard a rather load bang…it sounded like someone or something hit my 1 ton flatbeds body with a sledgehammer….later I found a u bolt had exploded and bounced off the underside of the frame and bed…

  2. Hey Just Rolled In, Early congrats on the 500k Subs man. Been watching you since around 20k and the videos were definitely some funny ones. But the videos nowadays you get are absolutely hilarious and just makes me glad my dad taught me to work on cars and I taught myself more from there on. I love how you also put all these explanations/reasons as to why the customer has these issues, some funny, some stupid, and others just really really REALLY DAMN GOOD DESCRIPTIONS OF THE SOUNDS.
Anyways, keep up the awesome work man and hopefully 1mil isn't too far down the road of repairs

  3. We had also the Issue with the coil spring rear right in the middle of the spring. But it cracked when standing direct besides the car. It's a Audi Q3 from 2012 with about 350.000 km at the moment it cracked.

  4. The cool spring snapped on my BMW while I was in the garage. Middle of the night and all in my own thoughts. It made me Jump pretty high 🤣

  5. I’m torn when I watch your videos. The idiots that seem to have no idea how to take care of their cars. It’s just mind boggling & some of these videos just really make me angry at how people mistreat their care. They need a little TLC & they will last a good long while.

  6. “The technician said he is not sure why the customer did this, as his car is not a diesel and does not require diesel exhaust fluid.”
Wow. That’s an incredibly stupid customer, haha.

  7. How do these people make it through life without any basic troubleshooting skills. Im not a mechanic but im sure i can figure out a floor matt wraping around a steering column

  8. 0:08
Now here is my theory they saw ADBlue wanted to tap off their washer fluid, thinking hey it says ADBlue and it's BLUE it must be some sort of detergent but put it in coolant reservoir.
That person drive a car somebody give that person a driving licence, beyond stupid

  9. People that sent their cars to shop because of chargers not working, floormats rubbed against the steering column and weird noises coming from an engine bay seem from my perspective to be the best customers, because they will never ever get themselves into DIY repairing (making the issues worse).
