    Also is it illegal to not have ID in Florida? What if someone asks for it and you literally don't have one? Not on you, not at your place of residence, not anywhere? The DMV would make a lot of money if they told people who don't own cars that if you don't give them money to get an ID you can spend time in cop cars and/or jail.
