5. I met Michael Monroe at a record release party in 1989. Such a cool, good-looking Viking. He looked like a rock star, but did NOT act like one. Everyone who met him were told write down what you want on an index card, and he'll sign it. Everyone was writing "To my favorite fan" or "to a real badass rocker", so I wrote "To swell fella, who make a delicious grill cheese sandwich, and serves up a mean serve in tennis". The man cracked up and said "OK, we have a comedian!" as he signed it. I thought that was really cool. Truthfully, I loved Hanoi Rocks' mix of Punk and New Wave with classic Glam Rock (NY Dolls meets the Stooges with a dash of new wave) approach, and was so sad when the accident happened.

7. What blows my mind was when Vince was on some medium/ghost show he pretended like he couldn’t remember killing Razzle. Ok if that makes it better for you Vince. And no he is nothing like Monroe. He’s a class act. Motley Crue kicks out their members then tries to take their money away

8. Those rock n roll soap operas have been orchestrated for the medias. This is how attention gotta be diverted when the live shows suck, when the singer can't sing and the bass player can't play bass. Here's what Monroe said only four years back, in 2019: ''I never read the book (The Dirt). I'm not interested in that band. Why bother? To me, it's nothing. I'm not saying this because of the accident or anything like that. I'm just not interested. It's not my kind of thing. I was never into that band before or after the accident. It was a tragic thing that happened, but I doubt that it's truthful to what really went down. People are telling me, 'Oh, yeah, Razzle is in the movie.' 'Oh, yeah? Did they also mention the two teenagers who got paralyzed from the neck down?'" And now, out of the blue, meeting Vince turned out to be the most important meeting in his life. Come on…

9. Vince should have spent 20yrs in prison for killing Razzle. Any other opinion is just wrong!

10. Vince has to live with this which wouldn't be easy and i say well done Michael Monroe for reaching out. Both are legends and I'm happy that you both finally met and talked. It was a terrible accident. Razzle should never have got in that car with a drunk driver.

12. Michael has always been A+class, humble, soft spoken and very personable. I was lucky to see Hanoi in Cleveland Ohio just days before the accident. Then Michael on a couple of solo tours following. I had never been able to find it in my heart to forgive Vince…until now. Michaels love for people and life itself with his selfless gratitude for literally everything , has helped heal my soul and bring joy back in to my heart. Note my moniker of a true fan.

He CHOSE to get in the car that night. Of course what vince did was extremally stupid and reckless but not razzle nor anyone else tried to stop him. They're both responsible. I am sure if razzle was here right now he would say the same thing. No one is perfect and it isn't our place to judge him, only Gods.

I'll bet you dollars-to-doughnuts that Andy is fuming mad over Michael's meeting with the Crue. Can't blame him one bit. None of this social media ass-kissing between Michael and Nikki can bring Razzle back.

25. A Hanoi Rocks fan since I first heard them in 83. A true Crue fan as well. Michael is one of the most under rated frontmen in Rock and Roll. I can only imagine the inner emotions that were swelling when they actually were standing man to man. I hope they both found peace. Long live the memory of Razzle Dingley. Together they should both open their wallets and get Razzle a proper headstone.

38. Munroe met his clone. I guess you could say Munroe is a DLR clone though, who was himself a clone of Jim "Dandy" Mangrum, of Black Oak Arkansas. Apparently he would go watch his shows intently. I don't know who Dandy was a clone of, probably someone.

Forgiveness is a Devine thing and I am honestly so happy Michael saw what I see every time it’s brought up Vince is still hurting and I hope Michael was able to let Vince know he has forgiven him and he is supporting him because Vince is not who we all think he is. Yes he wanted his dreams to come to pass and he also had plans with Michael’s band he was great friends with them and he had no control over what happened because if it was razzes time he could have been alone and it would have happened but it was meant to be the way it was to wake up Vince and to stop the evil from creeping into his life because he got sober and he was really a lot better singer sober. But it’s honestly also made him realize life is a blessing and not to take anything for granted and I know he is going to get better from here he is going to lose weight and get healthy and he is going to be able to have the band write positive songs and make sure they make it known that its not a good thing to do all the bad crazy things they did and they wouldn’t be here or able to do anything if it wasn’t for God’s Grace mercy and favor over them and I pray that they all except Jesus into there lives because they aren’t going to Hell for singing songs it’s what they do with them that will cause that!!!

45. It’s tragic for all parties involved. I don’t condone what Vince did, but I’m sure he’s punished himself far harsher than a longer stay in jail would’ve. Horrible all around.
    Michael seems like an amazingly gracious human.
