15. Read Running with the Devil from Monk their manager during the Roth years. Monk said he got a call from his head security guy "the bald one in a lot of videos" and said Roth was in a bad way. He went to the room and Roth was in the straight jacket and had basically cried/worn himself out from struggling. Monk freaked and said take that thing off!! I actually felt bad for Roth cause anyone who knows a hyper type A like Roth can imagine being unable to move at all.

17. Dave will always be a total legend to me, regardless of whether he falls on a spectrum, can be considered bipolar, or is prone to being hot/cold. I believe that many genuinely creative individuals possess these characteristics, and it doesn't bother me one bit or tarnish my admiration for Dave.
