0:05 If you plan on flat towing your vehicle, read your owner’s manual and see what the manufacturer recommends for flat towing. As mentioned in the video, the technician thinks that the parking brake was left on while it was being flat towed. The rear wheels, tires, coil springs, and subframe were all damaged.
0:19 Engine oil leaking out of jug onto the carpet.
0:31 A can of Lysol moving underneath the passenger seat making the noise.
0:46 Not sure why anybody would install new struts on a vehicle with broken strut towers. They weren’t told what other shop apparently did this.
0:58 Always follow the manufacturer tire pressure indicated in your door jamb when you opened the driver’s door on a sticker.
1:09 The technician checked it out in the parking lot, removed jewelry and it fixed the customer’s concern.
1:23 “As far as we were able to determine, the engine was hydro locked beyond repair. The car was towed in with no start. After numerous crank attempts before and after draining the excess oil, we eventually started smelling smoke and figured the internals were starting to burn up from the seizing. We later found out it was the customer’s first car- a shame as this was a low miles 2022 our sales department had just sold a few months prior. A very costly learning the hard way moment for sure.”
This is the 3cyl engine in this video.
1:41 No extra info.
1:48 The customer needed a new brake caliper, pads, and rotors once again.
2:00 The shop repaired the oil leak and rerouted the exhaust.
2:11 Engine was replaced by the customer’s insurance company.
2:22 No extra info.
2:31 No extra info.
2:40 Very important to have the same size of tires on an AWD or 4WD vehicle.
2:54 “The coolest switch we’ve seen a customer install.”
3:20 Outro. Thanks for watching! Submit your clips at www.justrolledinyt.com

  1. Hey guys! Hope you're having a great week so far. Just want to say thanks to everybody for submitting clips/photos. – https://www.justrolledinyt.com
Also, I don't use every clip/photo that is sent in, just incase you don't see yours on an episode. As well we are looking into posting all of the extra clips and other content on the 2nd channel (Just Rolled Out), but currently in the middle of getting an extra hand as mine are full. Appreciate the support!

  2. My daughter called me apoplectic about her oil being at 1% and couldn't understand as she had plenty of oil. I had to tell her she only needs an oil change as it was merely a meter of how much time the oil was used.

  3. The RV driver couldn’t figure out how that happened. You towed a vehicle with the parking brake on. What’s there to figure out

  4. What "insurance policy" covers customer stupidity? The customer punctured his oil filter, then drove it with duct tape over the puncture. He never heard the term "oil pressure"? Intentional "do it yourself" incompetence and the resulting destroyed engine is covered by insurance? I didn't know there was coverage for stupidity 😆.

  5. you know, every time I've gotten tires, be they used, or from tread-quarters, or colony, they always are upwards of 50-60 psi, it's to the point where I just automatically check the tires as soon as I get my keys back.

  6. Opening the mechanical vent has to be unrelated.. right?
Reminds me of some athletes with a whole list of gestures, prayers, lucky socks, retieing shoelaces, kiss the ball etc. before taking a shot. It worked last time so I best keep doing it ALL.

  7. Hold on. Let me recap something.
The person who has the 2022 Blazer thought the “1% oil life remaining” message meant GM intended them to add 99% of the oil capacity so it’s back to 100%?
That’s a new level of stupid, holy crap.

  8. 99.99% of Broncos Guru clip submitters own Potato Cams. My 2005 vintage Sony cellphone has better resolution than that! I guess they spend all their money on boating parts, cheap beer, and cigarettes!
