I’ve spent the majority of my life idolizing this guy, and I do now more than ever.

  1. I grew up across the street from a haunted park, no ghost stories since Tony funded skating ramps there. Thank you Tony and those involved u his foundation! To see those kids enjoying themselves completely transformed that park’s dark history here in Detroit!

  2. 27:00 This is something that was interesting to me, I was too scared of getting hurt to ever try skating as a kid, now as an adult I got a longboard to skate, I never wanted to do tricks (don't need to end up in a wheelchair) I just want to cruise around, but by getting a longboard and still being somewhat unsure of my footing, I've had neighbors holler at me making fun of me for not getting a real board that can do tricks and for not being good enough in my first few days with it. Not that I give a hoot what people think, rather I feel like skating is strangely gatekept by people who don't skate, and for kids trying to learn, and for people that are ashamed, to learn that must be hard.

  3. Hey dude, I'm late to the party here but I just discovered you were doing these today. Steve-o dude you are an inspiration to anyone who feels like they are trapped. Either through drugs or not feeling like they have something to show the world.

I don't have many heroes but dude you are definitely one of them. You were a staple of my childhood and now you're a staple and inspiration in my adulthood.

So I just want to say thank you man. You're one of the few people I'd be star struck to meet in person.

    Keep being you dude 🤙

  4. I just lost my Papa to dementia and I'm sorry Tony that sucks I know you were close with your parents and watching the old videos of your competitions your parents thought you hung the Moon.

  5. I remember being 12 or 13 and my grandpa was struck with Alzheimer’s and fell out pretty quick, Im a guy but had gotten into skating so I had long hair at the time and he forgot who I was and would think I was a girl and stuff like that, im not mad at all. He was an awesome guy and I miss my grandpa.

  6. I can see wanting to live if you have things to live for. Hopefully most people do. However that whole money thing at the end. Idk brother. It's not easy to make money. By the time I make it. I'll be spending it to deal with the health issues from gathering that money. Then it's kinda useless.
