  1. Cop using his gun and violence to violate his civil rights is another crime.

    TITLE 18, U.S.C., SECTION 242
Deprivation of Rights under color of law.

Whoever, under color of any law, statute, ordinance, regulation, or custom, willfully subjects any person in any State, Territory, Commonwealth, Possession, or District to the deprivation of any rights, privileges, or immunities secured or protected by the Constitution or laws of the United States, … shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than one year, or both; and if bodily injury results from the acts committed in violation of this section or if such acts include the use, attempted use, or threatened use of a dangerous weapon, explosives, or fire, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both; and if death results from the acts committed in violation of this section or if such acts include kidnapping or an attempt to kidnap, aggravated sexual abuse, or an attempt to commit aggravated sexual abuse, or an attempt to kill, shall be fined under this title, or imprisoned for any term of years or for life, or both, or may be sentenced to death.

  2. 18 U.S.C. 241. Conspiracy against rights
If two or more persons conspire to injure, oppress, threaten, or intimidate any person in any State, Territory, Commonwealth, Possession, or District in the free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege secured to him by the Constitution or laws of the United States, or because of his having so exercised the same; or If two or more persons go in disguise on the highway, or on the premises of another, with intent to prevent or hinder his free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege so secured. They shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both; and if death results from the acts committed in violation of this section or if such acts include kidnapping or an attempt to kidnap, aggravated sexual abuse or an attempt to commit aggravated sexual abuse, or an attempt to kill, they shall be fined under this title or imprisoned for any term of years or for life, or both, or may be sentenced to death.

  3. People get scared of handcuffs, fine cuff me, I don't give af, did nothing to the level it would be anything more than a quick arraignment and release

  4. Please! I need an update on these two officers. The way that they intimated, talked over each other, and THEN lied to their supervisor is sick.

  5. Can someone explain to me…if a police officer observes someone who they believes looks suspicious based on witness reports…you are saying that this is not enough information to stop and demand ID? How do police ever stop a crime or stop someone getting away from a crime if they havn't actually seen it occur themselves in that case? I would have thought matching a description is at least enough to allow an officer to temporarily detain to investigate…no?

  6. You would think this would literally be the first thing they teach day one at the police academy. That and how to put on handcuffs with a bit of alacrity, because it seems like cops endlessly fumble with both.

  7. That is sad that even the supervisor is oblivious to the law. TOTO, ARE WE STILL IN KANSAS?

This is why so many refer to LEO'S as PIGS..THEY EARN IT!
