1. Under no circumstances should you EVER talk to a cop……Unless it's a traffic violation. Traffic violations are the one situation you generally CAN talk your way out of. Anything else- never talk to the police. EVER.
   Edit- When you are talking to a cop in regards to a traffic violation, don't be a dumbass. Or a smart-ass. Or a jackass. Use a little common sense.

34. It really depends on the officer. Some you can easily talk to. But others you have to shut your mouth.

I mean there is two schools of thought really, one is the way you go and try to manipulate them out of giving you a ticket, but that can inadvertently give them evidence for more things, they can probe you to admit guilt without knowing it, the other side of this is dont talk to cops which can make your situation in the moment worse in a lot of ways, but you will have an easier time in court and stops the cops from pressing forwards with searches and such
