40. He has no idea how lucky he was. I was arrested and put in jail for having a title to my car with me after I had moved from Nevada to Georgia. There was an accounting problem that I had tried to address with the state of Georgia and I even had a letter from the state of Georgia stating there was a problem. After I went to court it was all thrown out. But I did spend three days in jail over a weekend. I am not black.
