  1. If there was ever a person and a actor I would loved to have a beer or a drink with and listen to it would be Lee Marvin along with Ernest Borgnine and Humphrey Bogart

  2. I've visited his grave years ago. I was assigned to a Military Police Unit that responded to the attacks on 9/11. We spend 7 months there doing entry control points at the Pentagon. We stayed in Barracks on Fort Myer, which is adjacent to Arlington. I could literally through a rock from the barracks and it would land inside Arlington. Of course I never threw a rock at Arlington.. But I am a fan of exploring cemeteries. I spent a lot of time in Arlington visiting the known and unknown fallen. Anyway, that's my long way of saying I have visited and paid my respects to Lee Marvin. As always, great video , and tribute to Lee Marvin.

  3. I really like this style of video, there were many Gi's that turned actor and many actors that turned GI they were all part of the greatest generation.

  4. Another great video. There were many veterans in the entertainment industry who served their country honorably….not so now…that wonderful part of for God and country is fading fast…sad to say…

  5. Interesting sad story at the ends ! But anyway that’s life no matter how happy you’re at the first chapters of life, there’s a sadness at the end, Coz nobody’s perfect and life is not perfect at all!

  6. I really like these Hollywood Heroes videos. He had a long and varied career…he was one of my dad's favorites. He never missed one of his movies! Thanks for highlighting his life and career. Thanks Mr. Marvin for your service.

  7. One of my favorites! I found his grave by accident. I was looking at the Brown Bombers grave. I wanted to see who was fortunate enough to be buried by the greatest boxer of all time. It was none other than Lee Marvin!
