  1. Head on over to https://kamikoto.com/AuditTheAudit to get $50 off your entire order! Thanks again to Kamikoto for sponsoring this episode!

Full disclosure: This episode was originally made a little over a year ago but it was initially rejected by YouTube. They have since changed their mind. There may be some outdated information or conclusions here, but I still felt like it had enough useful information to release it. There may be updates to this case available online.

  2. I assume the DA refused to prosecute, because they knew it was a cluster f??k. The cops had no direct knowledge of a firearm, only hearsay, that he may have had one. In addition, he was not (legally) considered "armed & dangerous", at that point, so law enforcement did not have the "right" to chase him into the house in "hot pursuit." Also, if they did not have video evidence, nor direct personal witnessing, of the boy riding on the road, they could not demand ID. Even then, they would have to have proof that his bike produced the required HP to make it a moped, or motorized bike.

  3. So maybe I missed it? They arrested the son right? Not the father. I mean no way can a man of that age behave like a total child, yet the 15 year old handled it more like an adult than his father! That is a very sad state of affairs.

  4. This kid and his father are both douchebags. Why escalate a situation when you don't have to. Just stfu! And suing for 1 million dollars. That was their goal from the start. To bait the cops then sue. Low life's.

  5. Why would you turn your back on the cops and go back into the house if you have nothing to hide? Father and son were both acting suspicious from the beginning.

  6. I disagree the police we're completely out of control when I first approached the door but you are correct you should have never stepped out

  7. Kamikoto got you too huh? Just for anyone watching later these knives are not great, they use low grade steel, and deceptive advertising, tons of videos on them.

  8. You took a lot of liberties with the information in this video. However you are misrepresenting/interpreting the law. This does NOT constitute a hot pursuit and someone seeing you with a weapon in an open carry state does not mean there was a crime committed. The officer is this case lost their job for a REASON and it's because he actively broke the law.

  9. Yeah, but legally, if you ask a police, what’s their badge number legally, they have to tell you, so they know that you know you have no suspicion of them being fake

  10. Also, hot take, any adult filming that would've been physically addressed, instead of the officer pointing and saying "give us space."

No officer wants to be the guy who "took into custody" a 15 year old for recording. Any adult was screwed there.
