These videos are meant to be educational but also funny, so if you have any questions don’t hesitate to ask!

0:00 Intro
0:05 The customer’s insurance company covered the damage.
0:25 The customer apparently had engine work done by the other shop. The technician told the customer to bring it back to the other shop and never heard back from the customer after that. So they aren’t sure if another shop actually did it or if it was the customer.
0:35 The object hanging from the rearview mirror would hit the touch screen and change radio stations.
0:44 The valve cover was loose as they damaged the threads of the bolt holes and stripped them. The technician had to fix the threads and installed an updated valve cover + gasket.
0:57 The technician said he has no clue how they managed to install the radiator upside down as it’s most likely harder than doing it the correct way. A little bit of coolant was leaking from the radiator cap.
1:07 Some Ford models will have a battery cover on top of the battery. Not sure why the customer did not look for it or removed it themselves. Luckily it didn’t cause any damage.
1:17 The serpentine belt was not routed correctly on the pulleys and somehow managed to wrap itself around the tensioner pulley and not fall off or cause any issues.
1:24 The oil filter was most likely installed by a quick lube shop as they usually mark the oil filters when they install them.
1:33 New caliper, brackets + rear brakes were installed.
Definitely weird how the customer has no clue what happened to the brake caliper and bracket. Also, the technician said it was very low on brake fluid.
1:45 5 out of 8 studs were broken on this truck. They had come in with a complaint of noise while turning.
1:51 The technician said the customer declined repairs and had the vehicle towed away. The bill (with parts and labor was $1500).
1:59 To trick the oil pressure sensor they attached it to this cylinder and would fill it up with air so it would trick the sensor and said that the engine had oil pressure.
2:09 The spindles where the ball joints sit were worn out and the customer had apparently not noticed when he installed them.
2:19 What you see on the bottom of the fuel pump is a bunch of sugar from the Skittles. The customer didn’t mention who might have done this.
2:29 No extra info.
2:37 The customer didn’t want this issue fixed once they were told.
2:52 The customer had removed the sound system and brought it back to get checked over. Removing the sound system fixed the customer’s electrical issues (battery drain).
3:08 The technician was told by the owner that it was one of the very rare originals from the show.
3:18 Outro. Thanks for watching!

  1. I am truly GOBSMACKED at how many people "think" they know how to work on a vehicle, only to create & compound problems. what's worse are those who claim not to think anything wrong once the burden of blame is upon them.

  2. I in no way consider myself a mechanic, but have done enough mechanical work the last 40 years to say to myself; how in Gods name do some of these people have enough brains to funciton in society?

  3. more retarded americans. its a wonder you can get out of bed in the morning without fucking something up in the process. SUPER POWER my ass. super retards
