  1. The way Chris has just casually turned into a LITERAL giant🤣 the clip standing on stage from the intro caught my attention but then it was the jacket DRAPED over the shoulders🤣🤍😂😂

  2. Investing an an S&P index fund will almost definitely outperform managed funds/accounts over the long-term, but unless someone’s risk tolerance and capacity allows them to be fully invested in the stock market there’s more to their portfolio than an S&P index fund. In my opinion there’s more room on the fixed income side for advisors to provide value because most people have no interest in learning about bonds. Secondly, knowing how to invest based on each account type is important as well. A brokerage account that may be needed for a sudden large expense shouldn’t be 100% in stocks. A traditional retirement account or 529 with 10+ years until distributions will start can be more aggressive. The most aggressive accounts should generally be your Roth accounts as any growth in a Roth IRA or 401k is tax-free when distributed in retirement so swing for the fences if you have the stomach for it!

  3. Comment expert here for Chris, your idea of tracking returns on your different money managers is decent enough but every year is going to bring you different returns based on volatility in the markets. So the winner for the 2024 year might not be the winner in 2025. Higher risk usually higher reward, lower risk more steady return rate but not as high as others. One thing you could track much easier is just comparing the return of your fund manager to the return of a basic Vanguard fund like VTI.

  4. Regarding the planning piece, investments one piece of pie regarding planning. Savings rate, real estate, investments, insurance, utilizing money for college/businesses/opportunities. Lots more to planning than just owning index funds.

  5. How does he have this much money and still be so clueless about diet lol intermittent fasting is literally for people with no will power? Yay intermittent fasting you get to feel like shit til 2(or later depending on the dummy) pm every day because you cant put down the fork.

  6. I can eat a lot including junk food but I cannot imagine being able to eat that much food that quickly. Jeeeeeeesus. Diabeetus is gonna be a bigger problem than weight at this rate

  7. 34:05 Sal really encompassed something I feel inside but could never really explain properly. Maybe I could explain, but just never understood first. I wish I knew how to get that back.

Btw love Joe on both this and taste buds. Very down to earth and outright funny and brings funny out of others.

  8. I found that I technically break my fast with my Enso supergreen drink and then coffee drink. I don't really care though, I still wait the 12 hours to eat.

  9. Comedians generally give crap financial advise because they are attached to popular sentiment and are people pleasers. Psychopaths do better in markets because they understand that popular sentiment is dumb. Chris is apparently a buy high, sell low guy…pumping out that bro financial advice like the 12 bowls he filled after his binge. I do love the man and think he should be making bank in movies. Ya boy has a few romcoms in him methinks. Keep up the good work

  10. Finally someone who had /has the same problem as me, I’d eat just as much after restricting myself SO much and it was mentally and physically horrible.I’d do this for weeks then go back to eating nothing, and hiding it from my family it’s miserable. I feel ur pain 🙁 I would go to sleep crying thinking my stomach would rip open and feeling to food all the way up to my throat. I’m 5’5 and around 100lbs and would do this cycle for months and months I’m scared what I’ve done to myself because my body’s even smaller than a grown man and I’m growing

  11. 20 mins in and all I've heard is Chris complaining. I clicked on this to hear Joe and Sal laugh about good times and instead I get a therapy session from Chris. I love Chris, but come on man.
