  1. honestly? i agree with alot of the songs on the list dont get me wrong… but i feel like they couldve spread out ozzy's inclusion on the list a little more… while i believe all of those songs are amazing in their own rights… its just hard to justify him taking up that much space in the top 10… in the top 20? of course but not the top 10 i dont think personally speaking…

  2. My problems with the list aren't what's on it, it's what isn't on it, Blind Guardian, Helloween, Lamb of God, Kreator, Eluveitie, Nightwish, so many great bands that created songs that should be on this list. Those misses are kind of hard to ignore for me.

  3. No Lamb Of God anywhere? Also Mudvayne Dig was a classic one. Drowning Pool "Bodies" was a pretty iconic song even though it wasn't one of my favs. Only 1 Pantera song? Only one Korn & Slipknot song? No Linkin Park(even though a lot of their stuff is more hard rock). No Hatebreed… Interesting list all around for sure.

  4. BOOMER ADDITIONS:

    Albatross – COC
    Battery – Metallica
    NWO – Ministry
In My Darkest Hour – Megadeth
    Dead Skin Mask – Slayer
Practice What You Preach – Testament
Slave to the Grind – Skid Row
    Welcome Home – King Diamond
    Cowboys From Hell – Pantera
    Painkiller – Judas Priest
    Aces High – Iron Maiden
    Wake Up Dead – Megadeth
    Indians – Anthrax
The Beautiful People – Marilyn Manson
Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap – AC/DC
    This Love – Pantera
More Human Than Human – White Zombie
    Clean My Wounds – COC
    Outshined – Soundgarden
    Them Bones – AiC
Surprise! You're Dead! – Faith No More
    Monkey Business – Skid Row
I Wanna Be Somebody – WASP
    Heaven's On Fire – Kiss
    Live Wire – Motley Crue

  5. Problems with this list too many Metallica songs, good band but so much better then enter sandman, they picked the most popular/singles for the artists it seemed rather then the best. Led Zeppelin AC/DC, ratt, Skid row, living colour, sound garden, van halen, aren't metal. Classic Bands snubbed. Sodom, Kreator, Destruction, Death Angel, Testament, Exodus, Metal Church, Saxon, Modern bands snubbed (2000s and up) lamb of god, municipal waste, warbringer, havok, revocation, bloodbath, Enforced. Obviously there isn't enough to include everyone but these lists always seem like the Oscar's and Grammys just thrown together, whatever was most popular and never actually thought out when it comes to originality and/or talent.

  6. No power metal and no symphonic metal? Morbid Angel? King Diamond? Alice in Chains? DEATH?! Can't believe they didn't include any Death song… 🤦‍♂️
