Marty was the greatest part of Megadeth imo. Dave is awesome but like someone else said he "elevated" the music.
I'm sure he will play "Tornado of Souls" with them, at the very least.
Would be cooler if Marty reformed a new version of Cacophony with a better singer. I can´t think of a more underrated metal band. Would be a great tribute to Jason…
Megadeth is fine the way it is now that they finally have a killer drummer, not sure what happened with the songwriting though… Album is good and all instrumental wise, as expected.
Makes sense. Marty lives in Japan. One more reason that demonstrates his genius. The Japanese metal scene is amazing. I wish I could see the show and see Kiko and Marty with Dave ❤🤘🏼💪👍
He's making a guest appearance performing a bit at a single show, which is way cool. But using the word "reuniting" is a bit misleading.
No reason Marty can't join the rest of Megadeth on stage when they are in Japan. Kiko + Marty on dual lead is beyond insane.

The best line up of Megadeth was Mustaine, Ellefson, Menza and Friedman, but I like Kiko he's doing a great job, leave it as it is

Marty is never coming back to this band permanently. He likes Japanese pop, and Dave cannot get along with any guitarist more than a few years.
