25. Those wheels are already repainted thats why it comes off. On original wheels that wont happen it would maybe just become less shiny.

35. No he most likely tried to have a whole rim that’s has an aluminium look. No one is gonna buy paint thinner and go ‘I could use this to clean the car’. 41. I don't think it was paint thinner. They probably used acid based qheel cleaner and left it on there to long.

42. Well, technically he didn't mess them up, he's just not done cleaning them, once all that paint is off there they'll look decent and clean again.
