    alcohol is a depressant same as weed. if your not in a good mood before you start drinking it will get worse. some people dont like weed bc of the smell or it gives them headaches i understand that. its not for you. i would argue that as far as being under the influence of either alcohol is more immobilizing. iv been on both sides. was a time i only drink, was a time i only smoked iv done both. more people abuse thier children and family under the influence of alcohol then weed. there are types of weed that gives you energy instead of making you wanna just sit all day, its called sativa. you can OD on alcohol but not really with weed. you would simply pass out from a depletion of air instead of od on weed.
