Born in ’69 and I remember some of these! Pretty sure we had the “Jaws” game. I wish I remembered the name of one of my favorite toys, it was like a series of plastic molds that you could insert tootsie rolls into and make cool edible castings.
I used to use white bread when we ran out of tootsie rolls. I also had the nemesis to “Stretch Armstrong”, think his name was “Zog”. My violent little childhood friend ripped it open one day and we saw the green goo inside.
Good times!
(Remember "slime"? Came in a tiny garbage can )
Hippity Hop
The milking cow😁😁😁😁😁😁
OMG 7:44 "Rerun" Fred Berry and is that "Pinky Tuscadero"!?!? Roz Kelly?
The guy's who created these were
Definitely out of ideas and thinking
of stuff at the top of their heads.
Anybody remember the pet rock?
That was a Ziggy Stardust Snoopy!
Wow, I recognized Pulsar right away, but forgot that I had Knight of Darkness too until I saw him just now.
I had the old skipper. She did not grow. And had brown hair and freckles
My brother had that, creepy Hugo doll!!!! I don't remember, playing with it much, as it was strange.
Mexican jumping beans
2:37 you say "toxic milk tablets" when the ad clearly says "non toxic"
My favorite is the pet rock and I love the pet pebbles I used to collect them and today I still try to make pet rocks I really like the pet pebbles
Hugo made me believe that I could become anybody. I also had the Jaws game
I was born in 64 raised in the 70's
This prompted me to learn what is/was a railroad torpedo
Excellent!
Baby laughs allot could be laughing Sal as a child, lol. She is like a very scary ickle me Elmo protype . Hard no for me!
OMG Hugo is Dr Evil!
We had the snoopy snow cone maker. Thanks for bringing back memories.
the girls on laff a lot had rotting teeth
Had the Jaws game … Like operation kinda … But way cooler!!!! 😝
The most infamous toy I remember from childhood is 'my puppy puddles', a dog toy that pissed… I remember it was so bizarre at the time, and it got discontinued AND won some ignominious award like 'worst toy of the year'… Not sure if it was seventies or early eighties though but it was around 78-83 if memory serves. It's the toy I always think of when I see MANY you commercials these days that do similar actions
That Jaws "Buckaroo" brings back memories.
I remember one doll from the70's. It was New Born Thumbelina
I was born in 1974, so I remember those toys.
Had the JJ Arms figure and his vehicle. The vehicle vanished to lord knows where.
BIg Jim's Wolf PACK. Still think DC should pick them up as a Counter to the Suicide Squad.
Did anybody order Sea Monkeys from the back of a comic book? 😂 Or had an ant farm?
I got the Sunshine Family for Christmas, then we had an earthquake that night & I fell on it. I cried so hard because it broke and I didn’t even really get to play with it.
I just found your channel, and I will look around. I hope I’m not being repetitious if you’ve covered any of these.
Some toys I thought of were:
1.) Mrs. Beasely doll
2.) Baby Beans doll
3.) Weeble’s Haunted House
4.) G.I. Joe with Kung Fu action grip
5.) Easy Bake Oven
There was also a stuffed monkey that had a banana you stuck in its mouth, but I can’t remember the name.
My dad was a package designer for Fisher design (now deceased)
They did star wars, strawberry shortcake, my little pony and many others for Kenner. But they did much more… And I was the kid on the box for "Mountain Tots Hideaway" in 78-79' 👍
I had the inch worm and the green machine I thought green machine was better than big wheel
I was born in 1966. My whole childhood was the 70s. I had a lot of those toys! Thanks for the fun video!
I still have my milking cow yet
This Video is Gold & – I LOVE IT !!! 👍🏻🪙👍🏻
Uhm, the Snoopy snow cone machine is still around.
The "Jaws" game was re-released in the 90s as "Hungry, Hungry Shark"; my mom got one for my son; still have it packed away with the original box somewhere – after playing with it for several years of course. Always had to keep replacing the rubber bands on its mouth since they would crumble after several months.
