“Don’t talk to cops”
Spoken like a true criminal
My Spidey sense is tingling
Coffee as a tool …. Ha
Can’t wait to listen to remaining, self serving statement.
Many people get exonerated and a still guilty
Many of these pigs don't care who goes, as long as someone goes. They get a pat on the back and a puffed up chest. They need to raise the bar for entrance exams. This won't be the last time.
I wish we could use these cops' partial pension to pay for recovery and compensation
Out justice system dosnt care about right and wrong guilty or innocent they care about wins for the state and how much money they fine and how many cells they can fill
gross intro
Its really interesting how naive people are of the police unless they have been there. Jeffrey says he is afraid of the police that they may kill him in the polygraph exam, danny doesent understand how he can think this. Well i do, i was questioned by the police and i though they might kill me one time. People think the police are these people that can do no wrong, when really they are some of the most dangerous people you can be in contact with.
Qualified immunity needs to end thats why this happens, the prosecution can lie and there is no consequences
Came from the Rodger Reede episode where the Mexican police shoved chilli peppers up his bum after beating the shit out of him for a day and hanging a dead body in his cell and didn’t confess, and homie confessed to a murder he didn’t do just from a polygraph….
You got some fantastic content….bro….I found it thru looking for Tom O'Neill.. this guy's story is mind blowing!
Why don’t any lawyers or attorneys ever get in trouble for their part in these criminal cases? Or mishandled evidence and why aren’t lawyers and attorneys taught to triple check every single thing they are using in their cases? Seems like a bunch of a holes in law that are careless w others lives.
] 0⁰0⁰
Everyone involved in this case should be anally raped in prison forever.
The way the entire system organises itself against an individual like this is beyond disgusting.
How do these sleezebags get jobs as police officers? It's outrigt malicious intent on their part.
What fucking 16 year old doesn't know not to do all that with the police? Gtfoh dude this was ur fault
He locked himself up…..mind ur business dont talk to police listen to your parents….. u learn this shit in kindergarten….but this bozo sneaking aroind with them….fool
Central Park 5 same thing
He did it
Wow this guy really turned his life around when the justice system fucked him over
Sorry/Not Sorry for being blunt about this but I feel It had to be said..
For a 17yr old , he was pretty fucking clueless at life.
Think back to when you were that age, and then run the scenario of being questioned/interrogated by these detectives for SIX fucking weeks..
AND YOU STILL HAVEN'T FIGURED OUT WHAT IS GOING ON.
And yet, after all of that time, and all of that back and forth you had with the detectives, you choose to make a false confession to a fucking murder?!
I just don't get it.
Maybe I could understand happening if it was done by a a 7yr old or something..
Terrible interviewer
we use to call them Public Pretenders, they get paid either way, win or lose, pretend to be a real attorney!
even as a 16 year old you are still a minor, don’t they need some kind of permission from a parents to question?
Classic case of coercion is Brendan Dassey!
We need bubba round two. And three. And four. Dead ass.
Jeffrey did it I know he did it they say he didn’t ik he did
Intro is dumb!
It Crazy How The Classes We Are Assigned To In High School Ultimately Shape Our Life
Good episode
The police were also predators
If Brandon Dassey gains 27iq points this can be him
So😏😲🧐🙄 we r going to really just act like he didn't say "negroid and mongoloid hairs" ?!😟🤮
This story, Kyle Rittenhouse, these are the types of prosecutors that have made me rethink the death penalty.
The cops & court officials should have been brought up on charges the day you got out!
It's perfectly reasonable to fear the police and be nervous in their presence.
Yep. there are things worse than death – 2 things definitely are 1. A horrible degenerative disease & 2. Being put in a cage i.e. prison. I agree, that fucken prosecutor should actually get the death penalty. Beyond words evil.
Fucking crazy to think this happened in Peekskill
ACAB.
Damn I listened to Pty 2 first 😭😂
Intro sucks
Lol I could see why they thought it was him… I still think he did it.
Absolutely outrageous the prosecutor should be put in prison
This dude definitely shouldn’t have to talk to the cops
What the hell was his mom doing during all this questioning?
This poor man
