5. I work at a bank and we are supposed to be discreet when doing large withdrawals. The way this was handled is so bad. He didn't want to get robbed(potentially). I have customers who do this for smaller amounts, but it's not a big deal. This is why banks need to STOP HIRING JUST ANYONE.I worked for a large national bank before working for my current bank and this is a major problem in banking, they hire anyone and everyone, which they shouldn't.

An A+ is certainly not warranted here..anyone with a complete lack of common sense as to not hand a bank teller a note that says I want to take out a large amount of money shouldn't be graded that high..now I agree that the teller could've handled it completely different and avoided all of this..the officer was 100% correct in suggesting the man simply ask to speak to a manager in private..Jesus Christ it still amazes me he handed the teller a note..
