Just FYI in terms of Long Island geography. Love the podcast, just discovered it and it's awesome. Plus Ria is a cool chick.

10. you guys always have the debate if its trash to stack the plates for the server. as someone who has been in the industry for 10+ years, if a family/group stacks their plates for me to clear the table i love them. thats my shit. please do that. it helps us little people out who dont have bussers or anyone else helping us out clear the tables.
