I’m also an addict in recovery but marijuana is completely illegal here in SC and my brother is an 100% disabled vet who used to live in Oregon and had a medical card and moved here to be close to family and now can’t get it bc we are 1 of 4 states where is still completely illegal and they’ll put you in jail, it’s horrible. I keep voting for the candidates that will change it but it’s hard to change the older population. If I could I’d order stuff for my brother from Jaleel.

They have a smaller podcast, Pajamapants, but they're still high profile enough to not be a waste of your time. Rob has a crazy party history that I think you'd relate to and also their merch game is WEAK. You could help them big time.

23. Great show! It's awesome to see a former child actor who is on top of his game. Mr. White is quite wise and it's a pleasure to hear his insight. I'm still in a black-market state, but when I get a chance I'd love to try his strains. Love to you all from the Blue Ridge!

33. I’m loving this podcast! I stumbled upon wild ride a couple weeks ago and have been bingeing the entirety of episodes ever since. Having a host in sobriety shines beautifully and because of that the sincerity and humbleness of Steve-O with guests makes this and all podcasts a must watch. Bravo!!!

36. I loved Family Matters growing up. As a kid in a all black household it was must see tv.

37. Weed hasn't gotten stronger, we've just gained broader access to better strains. The market opened up and it wasn't 'hard to get' better strains anymore.
    Most 'common men' were buying from the local guy who got his shit anywhere from his auntie's backyard to the 'yote that brought dirty schwag from the border. Buying the 'high end' stuff cost you greatly and had to be a 'plan' to acquire for most average people. If you had a guy who could get his hands on it consistently, he charged for it because he was the only guy. Now there's a dispensary on every corner and they're all carrying good shit at schwag prices.
    Over the past couple years I've bought bud that back in the day I paid $80g for but picked an oz. up for $50 here. We don't have to buy dirt weed or roll the dice on whether or not that's what you're getting because your guy has a new guy type thing anymore. The herb is the same as it's always been brother 😆

44. Jaleel comparing the cannabis industry to the wine industry is kinda ludicrous. It's much more like the beer industry currently, a bunch of garage-experts who are trying to jump on a popular bandwagon. Just like any industry, you'll have connoisseurs. But most people are just looking to get a nice relaxing THC high, not discuss the different terpene contents with budtenders. Just my 2 cents.
