7. Hi Ed – I'm a big fan of yourself & your guests. My only issue is having a company like the Ticket Clinic as a sponsor. I regard companies like that as parasites or ambulance chasers. Basically, if someone decides to drive badly then they should be prepared to grow a set of balls and take their medicine – relying on a company to find a loop hole to save you is cowardly- No matter how much money you have. Good luck!

10. Sadly from 2030 on all combustion cars including classics will be banned
    from public streets in entire EU and Scandinavia 🙁 In Germany the
    Green Peoples Party gave order to shorten fuel supply from 2025
    on by reducing all conventional fuel stations to only one state operated central gas
    station per city or county. Now they want to slow down all the gas station fuel
    pumps from 20 litre per minute to 2 litre per minute…From 2027 on in
    the EU certain car spare parts will be banned too….as exhaust systems,
    turbo chargers and even some engine and gearbox oils…California and
    New York will do the same from 2027 on…. So no investments should be
    done in oil burning cars any longer….They even created a new kind of
    crime here, called emissions and smoke crime 🙁

19. It’s crazy how landlords can take money from a business (or people in general) for decades, have them pay multiples more then what the property is actually worth, then kick out whoever’s there for whatever reason. Sounds like feudalism to me.
