That's 100% factual, I've seen SO many neurologists and they all agree that humans rarely use more than 10-20% of their brain because it's hard to activate more in one sitting. The left half of my brain is dead, that's how I know all this because I've been told if I could learn to use the like 46% that's not dead that will be more than anyone uses and that if I can even use 20% that's more than the average person.
