I dont get it, sure it was overvaluation, but theres wework all over the world and the business model of co working space is very much a thing.
Adam is copying a proven business model. The implementation path is written. He can hire the people to do the work. He's got the name recognition to bring the buzz. If you don't care about morals and only want to make money, sounds like a winning strategy.

It will be interesting to see how many of these property based companies deal with a market where interests rates are closer to normal levels and capital has a real cost. We have in effected created a giant Ponzi scheme with close to 0 interest rates where there is so much free capital that everything goes up and everyone makes a return no matter what merits an idea has.

Adam was all about "We" at WeWork, when it crashed he became all about "I", and ran off with $1.6bn while employees were getting laid off without pay or redundancy.
So he’s going to be a con artist with peoples houses now.

It eludes me why people are throwing money at a person who considers such vacuous prattle an idea worth uttering!
Gotta respect your consistency in misspelling and mispronouncing Andreessen.
