30 thoughts on “These Cops Tried EVERYTHING But He Knew His Rights

  1. The cop was upset because he was cooperating with good attitude toward looking inside his car? So it could be private warrant a Search? YES he really really appreciates getting permission 😄 Really flexing with a tow threat, immature 🙂

  2. When cops ask us what we are doing when we are geocaching, we educate them about geocaching. They are always nice about it. I don't know why people need to give cops a hard time when they are just trying to do their job.

  3. Police institutions tend to attract a lot of psychopaths and people with a lot of ego problems in general. Armed and under state and corporative protections, they feel an impulse to just let their insticts flow. Usually all the bullshit falls over underprivileged people. I once talked to a policeman and he affirmed something that I kind of intuitive knew: once you start talking about laws and demonstrate you know what you are talking about, they back down. Luckily I'm not underprivileged (in Brazil that can merely mean whether not being a manual worker, not being black or not living in slams – and guess what, lots of cops have this background) and I have a law degree, so I know what to do if a scumbag cop just decides to annoy me, but most people don't have any clue about the laws of their own country.
