20. You did not mention one of the more Sinister parts of their illicit plant trade. One of the biggest things going on right now in Europe is that they are taking regular quantities of the plant and are spraying it with synthetic cannabinoids in order to get people hooked. It is also a way of upping the quality of low quality plant material and getting people to want it anyway.
