LYRICS
Take my hand
Come to grips
Speaking tongues
And reading lips
Talking to me
With your eyes
Body language
And battle cries

Remember when you told me
It isn’t what I say, it’s what they heard?
Remember when you told me
That you and I would never need to say a word?

Because we’re speaking in a

Love language
Like I even have the choice
Because when I’m with you
I lose my voice
Speaking in a love language

I can hear you

In the walls
Out the door
And down the halls
Talking to me with
Your fingertips
Speaking tongues
And reading lips

Remember when you told me
It isn’t what I say, it’s what they heard?
Remember when you told me
That you and I would never need to say a word?

Because we’re speaking in a

Love language
Like I even have the choice
Because when I’m with you
I lose my voice
Speaking in a love language

  1. Do not get me wrong…But your mouth is so pretty and you are very attractive 😍
apart from that the song you wrote is perfect, just like you

  2. Heard this on tour with Mansionair last week and it was instantly one of my favorite songs of the set (as much as I can choose a favorite lol). Absolutely adore the build and delivery of the lines, so glad to have been introduced!!

  3. Look at dgd… Their first couple albums were the very best now look at them .. Not really what they used to be… Not bad but definitely not what they started out as… Though they have gone through a lot of shit as a band

  4. I don't like it as much as the previous releases where it was more upbeat, but I'm excited for an album featuring more of the full band sound. I thought "adults" was awesome

  5. Time to get some new a&r reps rise. Every 10-15 years or so you revamp the mag and change the bands you follow and look for. Qhy not just have a flavor and stick with it like other mags? I get mags r also going under, which your will also eventually, but it breaks my heart you guys "sell out," so quickly and easily. I use the term in such a nonchalant manner, because it isnt you making the music, it's you following it and I know the writer/reviewers are key andbthey probably have a huge palate as far as the music comin out, but you pretty much get rid of everything and clean house every so many years, and if the same people work there listening to ONLY this type of stuff now, are they mindless drones? Rhe mag went from whatever youd call pink before pink, then pink pop, to ALMOST BASIC pop, then to getting heavier with some hardcore/metalcore/doom/sludge etc etc etc with a small mix of the best of the others with newer stuff being reviewed and sucking, but still better with the harder stuff. Had some great reviews and interviews and posters, but didnt seem enough, so I FINALLY STOPPED my many many many year subscription now I see it's all hippy dippy, happy crappy, hipster type music, just maybe not as bad as say Mumford style stuff, but what happened? Almost all this music sucks….what happened? I had literally every issue since like late 90s and just sold them all to someone cuz it wont be the same again so why bother collecting anymore issues of theres nothing to read or look at for me along with many others I've spoken with. Maybe it's just the new gen coming in and they like crap. It figures

  6. Remember when rise used to sign post-hardcore bands? I really miss the old "risecore" days, but props to them for still having those albums on their channel. It's like going through a time capsule ❤️
