I think the only way to make that transmission is like older audi automatic transmissions which were manual transmissions with like a system that shifts it i dont know much about that but i think they were sum like thay
What if you cut the upshift and downshift wires from both transmission wiring harnesses and splice the two of them to the one main harness that controls your transmission. Then both transmissions would be controlled by one ecu.

You should contact ship engineers, ships use multiple engines and I'm guessing multiple transmissions….if not you could figure out how they have it set up. Run MM2 like a ship
Surly there is a company in states that makes a trans controller for retrofitting modern auto to a no electronic engine, i know place in aus makes them n can control what ever incl dual trans in boats
